The quickest way to reach us is email. We read every message.
Before you write
- Looking for your cake request? Use the private link in the email we sent when you made it. If you cannot find it, write to us from the same email address and we will send it again.
- A question about a quote or an order? Message your cake maker on your request page first. They set the price and make the cake.
- A cake maker with an account question? Write from the email address on your account.
- Something on the site that should not be there? Send us the link and tell us what is wrong. We will look at it promptly.
